Meditation is the inner space wherein we deliberately, privately, quietly and honestly look at who we are and the reality of our lives. Regular meditation practice has been scientifically proved to be of enormous help in not only improving awareness, focus, insight, creativity and happiness, it has also been shown to improve health, wellbeing and calmness of mind in the midst of crisis.
